  Securely pack your jewellery in its original branded packaging, including all certificates, valuation documents, and proof of purchase.

  Ship Your Item

  Send your item back via a trackable and insured courier service to ensure its safe arrival at our head office for inspection.

  Quality Assessment & Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
